American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology

ASTRO advances the practice of radiation oncology by disseminating the results of scientific research, promoting excellence in patient care, providing opportunities for educational and professional development of its members, and representing radiation oncology in a rapidly evolving, socioeconomic health care environment.

American College of Radiology

ACR, a nonprofit professional society, is the principal organization of radiologists, radiation oncologists, and clinical medical physicists in the United States.

ACRO is the only organization that represents radiation oncologists in the socioeconomic and political sphere without influence from any other specialty.

Association of Community Cancer Centers

ACCC is an organization to help oncology professionals adapt to the complex challenges of program management, cuts in reimbursement, hospital consolidation and mergers, and legislation and regulations that threaten to compromise the delivery of quality cancer care.

Southern Association of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology 
SATRO is a nonprofit organization formed to provide radiation therapy staff from southern states with an opportunity to pursue convenient, regionally-based education and networking opportunities not otherwise available to them. Society for Radiation Oncology Administrators

SROA is a national organization whose objectives are to improve the administration of the business and nonmedical management aspects of radiation oncology and the practice of radiation oncology as a cost-effective form of health care delivery.
