For practices with fewer than 10 physicians: $5,000 per year

• Up to 10 practice members listed

• Recognition in newsletter, conference program book, on the website and in the membership directory
• Link from www.afroc.org to practice member group's website

GOLD PHYSICIAN PRACTICE MEMBERSHIPS:

For practices with 11-20 physicians: $10,000 per year

• Up to 20 practice members listed 
• Bimonthly newsletter
• Updates from our legal counsel
• Invitation to the annual conference
• Recognition in newsletter, conference program book, on the website and in the membership directory
• Link from www.afroc.org to practice member group's website

PLATINUM PHYSICIAN PRACTICE MEMBERSHIPS:

For practices with more than 20 physicians: $15,000 per year

• All practice members listed 
• Bimonthly newsletter
• Updates from our legal counsel
• Invitation to the annual conference
• Recognition in newsletter, conference program book, on the website and in the membership directory
• Link from www.afroc.org to practice member group's website
